Metal 'Weider' brand weights included = 2 x 10lb (4.5kg), 8 x 3lb (1.36kg).
2 hand held bars with sand filled weights = 4 x 2.5lb (1.1kg) on each hand.
1 sit up frame.
All to go as one please.
