Technical Manager required to join a well established food processing company.

Reporting to the Group Technical Manager you will be responsible for managing the Quality and Technical team, developing technical processes and practices, ensuring that all products manufactured meet the food safety and quality standards required by the law and customer.

Key responsibilities include setting and maintaining controls such as HACCP, management of the Hygiene team, ensuring compliance with both national and international standards and working to continually improve Quality Management Systems.

We would like to hear from candidates with previous Technical or Quality Management experience within the food industry with a working knowledge of manufacturing processes, BRC Standards and HACCP.

On offer is a salary of £45k - £50k plus a generous benefits package.
