We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager/Care Manager for a Residential Care Home in York providing Residential Care for old age and Dementia.

The Registered Manager will need to be well organised and ensure continued and effective and carefully paced 'change management' with the ability to prioritise. As the Registered Manager you can enjoy a settled team of staff, who are being nurtured by encouragement and training. We have an excellent reputation and to develop this further we need a Registered Manager with good interpersonal skills.

You will already have a proven track record as a Registered Manager/Care Manager within Elderly/Dementia care and have your Registered Managers Award (or Equivalent Qualification).
