York based wholesale tour operator seeks Operations Executive to handle the administrative and organisational arrangements for groups travelling in the UK and Europe.

We are a fast growing company with a busy International office - candidate must be enthusiastic, flexible, hardworking and able to handle pressure.

Role involves liasing by telephone and e-mail with tour operators and hotels, issuing travel documentation, invoicing and ensuring the smooth running of our group tours.

Knowledge of the travel industry, especially of operating group tours would be an advantage, as would fluency in French. However we will train the right candidate.

Salary negotiable - subject to experience - region £ 13k - £ 15k
