I have lived at this address for the last year and a half and cannot think of any reasons to want to move out. It's a fantastic location liturally 7 mins frrm city centre, 4 mins to St Johns Uni and all shops and anything you might need is very close. We actually live next to a shop!

The Room itself benefits from a HUGE amount of storage with two massive walk in closets! a double bed and desk is also provided.

The house has all the necesary amenities, including microwave, oven, juice maker, etc in the kitchen. Dryer, washing machine and line outside for sanitation purposes (if the benevolent weather permits) . Internet wireless broadband, landline, freeview, plastation 2, etc for diversion.

The filosophy of the house is great, we believe that a house to rent should be more than a room, it should be a home. Somewhere to relax, share and have fun.

We are two professionals from different backrounds, I am Max, 22, an accounts assistant and working towards qualifications. Love excercise, travelling and socializing in amongst many things. Cat is 26 and is an outgoing manager for a telemarketing company. Cat loves music, dancing, socailizing and generally chilling!

The rent is 225 a month, bills are not included but amount to around 75 pounds a month. Depending on seasons, expect to pay around 300 pounds a month. There is one month rent deposit. Move in date is open from 21 of November,
