We currently have two double rooms available in shared houses both in York city centre.
Room 1 is based in the Groves area of the city within a 5 minute walk into the town centre.This room is £70 per week and the gas and electric is shared with the other tenants on a key meter basis.This room is suitable for two people.
Room 2 is based just off Bootham,and is also a 5 minute walk into the town centre.This room is £80 per week and includes all bills and council tax.
