Access Routes
We are close to the city centre and York train station. The University bus route is at the end of the street and York College is not far away.

Shopping & Eating
There is a Morrison’s supermarket round the corner, a good selection of local food and household shops as well as banks and pubs very close to the house. At one end of the street there is an excellent chippy and a UK takeaway at the other, then we have a burger and kebab place round the corner.

House & Occupants
This is a young household. Current occupants are one male and one female. We are easy going and friendly. We like to party but are also serious about earning a crust.
All utility bills are included in the rent (payable monthly in advance). There is free wifi and house phone for local calls. Council Tax is additional to the monthly rent (currently estimate £29pcm). The rooms are furnished but you can bring cherished bits if you wish. Each room has a TV aerial point. You will need your own bedding and TV.
A deposit of one months rent is required. The deposit is refunded in full on your departure if there is no damage to our property.
The vacant room is a double with fitted wardrobe and shelves for TV etc. The rest of the house is shared (kitchen, bathroom, lounge). The incoming sharer must have consideration for others - common areas are for use by all and should be kept tidy.
