FULLY WORKING DVD RECORDER WITH DIGITAL FREEVIEW.


THE GOOD BITS!
Easy to use menus. Takes all sorts of dvd formats. Comes with box, instruction manual and remote control. Probably good for someone to tinker with if they know what they're doing! Sells for £119 cheapest - so a bargain at £45


THE BAD BITS:
This DVD recorder with digital freeview has a personality of its own! It does work - but you need to have the patience of a Saint!

The main problem with this model is the digital tuner, it loses the digital signal after a while so needs to be turned off at the mains and then rebooted every now and again. Also when it first turns on the image is blurred for four to five minutes but does focus again!

The recorder has an instant touch of a button record, but it takes so long to warm up, so can miss beginnings of recordings. Best to set timer 5 minutes before a program starts for problem free recording.

The cooling fan is noisy.

These seem to be the norm for this machine when reading reviews online. I have had enough and gone back to an ordinary freeview box!
