The Company
Working for this leading International Organisation turning over in excess of £1Bn pa with over 30,000 employees on a high profile, prestigious government project.
The Position
As the Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental Advisor your duties will be to ensure that all contracts within the region are fully compliant with all statutory legislations and that the companies Policies and Procedures are met. To provide QSHE advice to Company personnel on all aspects of operations QSHE matters.
Responsibilities will be to advise and assist management on the implementation of the Company Management Systems. Provide QSHE support during mobilisation to include full QSHE surveys, co-ordination and provision of training requirements. Assist site with producing site specific QSHE Plans and ensure they are updated as required. Carry out Fire, Risk assessments. Attend client critical meetings as and when required.
The Person
The successful candidate should posses a NEBOSH general certificate, AMIOSH, QA, Environment awareness. Good all round communication skills. Excellent training skills in all QSHE subject matter. Excellent IT skills, especially use of PowerPoint. Proven track record in the provision of practical operational health & safety solutions. A background in working of public sector contracts would be desirable.
