A wonderful country house hotel in North Yorkshire requires an experienced Pastry Chef to expand their brigade.
Our client has worked extremely hard since the launch of this establishment, and is now purely focused on on building an unrivalled reputation for their cuisine and service.
They are seeking a pastry chef preferably from a Michelin starred and rosetted country house hotel background, possibly Relais and Chateaux, or other afflicted establishments.
You will be be responsible for all aspects of restaurant desserts, afternoon teas, petit fours, breads and complimentary sweetmeats.
