Monday - Friday: 40 Hour Week

Our client requires an experienced and dedicated Automotive Sales Administrator to assist a busy sales department within a main car dealership in North Yorkshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

· Processing customer orders,

· Seeing through customer's sales administration from start to finish; including coordination of legal registration of the vehicle,

· Pre Delivery Inspection administration,

· Stock Checks

· Controlling Vehicle Transportation

· Customer hand over and payment arrangements.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, be an excellent organiser with a conscientious and detailed approach to all tasks handled and possess a ‘can-do' attitude to work.

Applicants must have experience using the AFRL system.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary.

Motor Trade main car dealer sales admin experience is essential.
