ROLE OVERVIEW
To work as part of a team on various Projects and Programmes and being responsible for the support, control documentation and standards that drive the methodologies in place. It will focus on providing project management support functions through reporting, training, policies and procedures, documentation management, management information updates and identifying quality issues and best practices for future working.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Experience working as an administrative assistant within a high profile customer environment.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
Experience of working in financial services
Project management awareness
An awareness of Project Management Methodologies
Good coaching skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To become an expert user and share knowledge and learning with all other users
To assist managers in planning projects and using standard work breakdown structures and the relevant methodologies
Review and monitor documents within project and programmes to ensure that project delivery standards are maintained and documents are fit for purpose
Maintain a library of standard documents and archive existing project documentation
Produce and distribute daily, weekly and monthly management information to all levels of the business and Clients
Produce the Client Project Packs and ad hoc Management Information to provide an overview of activity across departments
To develop and review documented standards for projects and programmes and ensure the standards are maintained through use of control measures
Responsibility for identification of non-compliant projects and then ensuring that these are corrected in a timely manner
Responsible for producing issue logs and updating for each major programme of work to ensure that the information is timely and accurate
Produces and maintains weekly / monthly status reports for project team members and management
To receive all work requests from clients and internal customers and update team plans to enable scheduling of projects
Arrange meetings
Organise Meet-Me Lines
Maintain project mailboxes
Collate customer feedback
Produce minutes from project related meetings
Identifies and highlights to the management team ways in which to improve the project process.
