Bench Press with lat pulldown, leg extension and arm curl extras. It is a free weight bench press made by York Fitness bought from Argos.
The weights are; 6 x 10kg 8 x 5kg 4 x 2.5kg 6 x 1.25kg 12 x 0.5kg.
I have 1 x 6ft straight bar 1 x 5ft straight bar 1 x EZ curl bar 1 x hammer curl bar. There are also a pair of dumbells.
The bench has been kept inside and never being left ouside and in very good condition.
Over £200 worth of equipment but just being left unused.
