Training Advisor / Tutor – E2E

An established and growing company providing career and personal development advice are seeking an E2E Training Advisor / Tutor working within the Leeds area. The Training Adviser will be expected to have an experience & understanding of providing advice and guidance and be suitably qualified for the position


Key Areas Of Responsibility

E2E Training Advisors are to identify the learning and support needs of learners in order to plan their learning and progression programmes
To provide training to learners and plan sessions and activities, including employability (ASDAN), literacy and numeracy (to accredited qualifications)
To establish and maintain relationships with learners and provide transition advice and support to aid retention and progression and be motivational in outlook
Tutors will work with learners through a process of change to support progress
To establish and maintain relationships with colleagues, partners, Job Centre Plus and employers to provide a cohesive support and placement network for learners
To establish and maintain relationships with referral and support agencies and employers to support retention
To identify the learning and support needs of learners in order to plan their learning and progression programmes
To design training sessions and learning activities to stimulate engagement and meet identified needs
To monitor and review the progress of learners
To evaluate and develop own practice to ensure continuous improvement to provision and achievement of individual operation plan targets
To comply with LSC, JCP, Connexions, ESF and Ofsted audit and inspection processes to ensure quality standards and continuation of funding

The company are seeking someone looking for a long term career opportunity with a passion for developing and supporting learners on the Entry to Employment Programme. Delivering on Learn Direct would be an advantage but not an essential requirement.

Ideally, strong candidates should have Professional Teaching / Training Qualifications / Delivering Literacy & Numeracy / A1 Assessor Award ..and be flexible to work in locations within the Leeds area
Excellent salary & package available for the right candidate - negotiable dependent on qualifications & experience

Starting Salary - c£21000 - £25000 with excellent scope for progression
