I am a 24 year old young professional female looking for someone for my spare room.
The house is going to be newly decorated with new furniture, carpets, and appliances etc when I obtain it in mid June. Hopefully the house will be ready for 1st July but there may be delays until mid-July or 1st August depending on the redecorating process! I will furnish the spare room unless the person moving in did not want me to do so.
The rent will be £295 a month plus bills.
The house has a garden, parking and is not far from the station and city centre so ideal for commuters or town workers like myself. It looks onto a park and you can walk or cycle to town along the river path it is a lovely location.
