I am looking for a working female to fill a spare double room in my two bedroom terrace house on a short term basis of 6 months or less if required. The property is ideally situated behind the hospital and 15 to 20 walk to York City Centre. £370 per month (all bills included in that price). Must be able to pull there weight in keeping the place tidy (had a bad experience of some very scruffy people in the past apart from that just a happy smiley person that's easy to get along with) The room currently has a double bed in it but thats it and will be available from 1st September 2009.
