The flat has two double bedrooms, new kitchen and bathroom. All appliances and furniture are included other than bedroom furniture. The initial rent is £300 per month and averages around £50 extra for bills (excluding phone and food).

I am a young professional who works over 40 hours every week so enjoy the weekend!

I am clean and tidy but have a laid back approach to living. I would ideally like to share with someone who enjoys going out and having fun but also is focussed on their career through the week.
