yo yo yall, we (me a waiter and pete who drives the york boats!) have a small room going in our small flat its lovely like and me n pete are fab guys, we have had girls living in the 3rd room and the balance works well, its a place that feels like home, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, my room, wich is the smallest in the flat and petes who's is massive but he's been their forever, anywho, he's 23 n im 25, so around that age works best for us, also we work shifts including 5-close and all time probably doubles on the weekends so 9-5 people dont really work cos we come in after work have a chill n that and .....welll u know what i mean so give me a buzz and come have a look if u like, bills come think every 3 months and are quite cheap and the rents like £170 a month then about £40 for council tax, oh its near the groves,
