Hi,
I have a double room available in a two up two down in Southbank. It's walking distance to town and the train station.

I'm looking for an easy going housemate who doesn't mind chipping in I'm clean and tidy, but not obsessive!
I enjoy reading, dvds, going for drinks and staying in for a chat! I don't want a hotel feel to my house so I would like someone sociable. I do enjoy my own space and respect others space.
I'm a part qualified accountant working Monday to Friday.
Sky+ and wireless broadband is included.

The rent is £400 per month which includes all bills. A £200 bond is required to secure the room, so no time wasters

I do have a one year old kitten who is also very sociable and loves cuddles
