Its on Townend St in the Groves (so less than 5 mins walk to Gillygate The rent for the new contract is going to be about £280 per month (I think) excluding bills. The landlords are really nice (which is pretty rare in my experience) and the house is pretty well kitted out (washing machine tumble drier two fridge-freezers Dyson Hoover etc You can get residents parking permits from the council which mean you can park on any of the streets near our house and weve got a shed you can lock your bike up in. Its generally quite a relaxed quiet house at the moment because of the different hours we work etc so we generally dont see each other except bumping into each other in the kitchen. So if that suits you thats great but if you wanted to be more social and hang out a bit thatd be nice too. Youll be sharing with me (I work at City Screen) and Sally who works at the hospital. Ideally were looking for someone friendly and clean and considerate (although I dont know anyone who would admit that theyre not ) whos happy to do their fair share of keeping the place nice.
