Job Title: Staff Nurse (RMN)
Location: York
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 to £33,000 depending on experience

We require Registered Mental Health Nurses for our Private Hospital, offering medium secure psychiatric facilities for both men and women. In a rural village setting near York.


Qualifications & Skills required:

• Registered Nurse (RMN)
• Post qualification experience preferred, but may consider newly qualified nurses with experience in a similar setting.
• Operational knowledge of the 1983 Mental Health Act is required and some previous experience working with challenging residents is desirable (this includes experience gained through nurse training).
• Good interpersonal, planning and time management skills
• Must demonstrate ability to delegate and monitor the performance of others and basic people management skills.
