Senior .NET Developers
A senior .net developer is required to take a lead role in web / digital production projects. Working as part of a team to the very highest standards of development. The developer should be able to demonstrate very strong OOP and code/architecture, extensibility and re-usability. A good understanding of extensible relational database schemas is also an essential. Experience in code-generation for efficiency would also be desirable. You have to have an analytical mind with a solutions focussed approach.

Duties / responsibilities
• Lead development of .net web projects
• Assist in the front end development of .net C# websites
• Define Project Scope/Approach
• Manage / Coach Junior Developers
• Take responsibility for deadlines and deliverables
• Interact with other specialists to deliver complete projects
• Reporting to Head of Digital

Experience Needed
• Minimum 3 years commercial .net project
• Experience in running small to medium scale projects
• Experience working in large projects would be desirable

Required Competencies
• Development experience 5 years +
• ASP.net 3 years +
• C# 3 years +
• SQL server 5 years +

Beneficial Skills
• Flash (action scripting)
• XHTML / CSS
• Accessibility
• Photoshop (basic level manipulation)
