Regional Development Manager - Yorkshire, Learning Disabilities - Supported Living, £33-38K per annum
As a Regional Development Manager for this exciting national Learning Disabilities organisation you wil be responsible for the commissioning, developing and management of quality supports for people who have a learning disability and additional needs.
Role & Responsibilities
Obtaining local and community based services for our individuals so they can develop their lifestyles and to achieve their dreams and ambitions.
Operational Management - to provide active and effective line management, leadership and support to local teams including administration staff within your region ensuring highest possible standards of performance and service delivery at all times.
Budgetary monitoring and ensuring each business unit remains viable and sustainable.
New Developments/Strategic Planning - to contribute to the development of policy and strategic planning for the business plan.
To Secure new business through contracted or tendered development.

We are looking for a Senior Manager with a strong background in learning disabilities services who can demonstrate an excellent track record. Ideally you will be educated to NVQ level 4 - Registered Managers Award, Qualified Social Worker or Qualified Learning Disabilities Nurse.
