My english for your french

I am planning to move to France in 2011, and would like to be as fluent as possible by then.
I have some basic knowledge which I am trying to expand with self teaching tools, but am sure that a real person and some guidance would bring me on leaps and bounds.
I am happy to exchange for lessons in English if that would be helpful?
