Ots Dj Av Pro Help

I have OTS DJ AV PRO and dont know how to convert video files into Ots files. I also dont know how to enable the Ots music files to beat mix. The ots help is pants. Far to complicated and its not like you can get through to them on the phone as they are in Australia and dont speak to anyone.

Can someone help me with advise please on how to do this. Any helpfull DJ's out there please???
