Sous Chef

Recruitment agency is looking for a sous chef to join this rosette awarded hotel restaurant.Experience at this level( or equivalent) is required.
Your main role will be to assist the head chef in the running of the kitchen, deputise, overlook juniors and create menu.

Salary of up to £23000 is on offer and live in is available
