Hello, my name is Dave and I am a part time personal trainer based in York. I have a relaxed and friendly attitude to my work and although I take fitness seriously I am not an army sergeant and will not attempt to beast anyone into shape.

With over 10 years experience in the fitness and sports industry and a Sports and Science degree I could be the person you need to help motivate you and get in shape for the summer.
