A single large bedroom in a shared house located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood is available for a 3 month let starting June 26, 2008.

The house is 15 minutes by walk from the city centre, and this walk along the historic parts of York makes it more interesting and exciting each time you take it. The grocery shop, bus stand, post office, etc. are within 5 minutes by walk.

The house is shared by three other inmates who are warm, friendly and cheerful. And very helpful and understanding indeed. The house is quipped with living room with TV, dining room with phone, kitchen with wshing machine, freezer and all appliances, rather luxurios toilet with bath tub and shower and a small back yard that can be accessed from back lane. There is WiFi internet acess in the house.
