The Science Of Stress Management course will teach you models and techniques which will give you the skills to live life to the fullest in a stress free manner. The course will allow you to:

The stress management 2 day course allows the individual to gain clear perspective on what it is they are trying to achieve in life. Everywhere we seem to turn today, there are adverts and posters telling us to achieve more or reach higher.
This 2 day workshop uses powerful models and explanations to help the individual understand what is happening to their health if stress is left untouched and then to create a powerful to step by step approach achieving the goal of inner peace and relaxation.
During your training we will look at various aspects of stress, the course is broken down into 16 Units. Using practical exercises and group interaction you will develop a new perspective and understanding that empowers you with the skills to manage stress and benefit from it.
