Hi, I have a nice room in a house on Frances st, about 12 minutes from York City Centre. Sharing with 3 others (2F, 1M) NON SMOKER ONLY.
WOULD SUIT A PROFFESSIONAL PERSON.
MOST BILLS ARE INCLUDED (not phone, TV or or internet)
A new bathroom was installed a few months ago.

The room has a bed, chest of drawers, book case, wardrobe space,chair. The window was newly double glazed a few months ago.
