This is a part time reception role that requires 20 hours per week split Monday to Friday 9am-1pm. The position is divided equally between reception and administration duties. You will be required to handle a busy switchboard where you will be booking meetings and then recording details on the in house database and Excel spreadsheets. The second half of the role will be to provide support to adhoc departments with general administration typing documents and maintaining the database.
Due to an internal move this interim role requires a long term commitment up to 6 months and possible longer. You be required to have a flexible working approach and the ability to work autonomously. Immediate start is required.

Skills required:
- Recent reception experience of using a busy reception desk
- The ability to liaise over the telephone and communicate at all levels
- To be able to pick up internal databases with ease
- Experience of using Excel spreadsheets / maintaining
- To be proactive and have the skills to work autonomously
