experienced guitar player wanting friendly band

Hi there.

I’m a young, fresh nineteen year old enthusiastic broad-minded musician in York, with a passion for nearly every genre of music. My main instrument is the electric guitar.
I have a pretty good knowledge of music theory, and also have had a lot of live performance experience from playing in bands in the past, from jazz to metal.
My favourite style of music is rock; eg, Van Halen, Toto, Bon Jovi, etc… (although I am able to play many different styles).

I am seeking a band to join in York (preferably a cover band), as I am interested in playing some classic songs on guitar.
I have a driving licence so am able to easily attend band practices (as long as they are any day after 7:30pm), although some days I am able to do any hours (ask for details).

I’ve had too many things going over the year, since my previous band splitting, and am now really wanting to get back into playing as a part of a band. It has always been a great hobby of mine.
