Hays Social Care have social work assistant jobs within a Children and Families Team. The right candidate will have NVQ 3 in Children and Young People and experience in relevant role.

Job Function & Responsibilities:

*Advising Parents about available resources;
*Liaising with the family to arrange appointments;
*Following up enquiries
*Carrying out reviews
*Visiting Families at home (community setting);
*Adhering to legislation and refreshing knowledge when required
*Report writing
*Maintaining and updating client records
*Working in partnership with other care and health professionals.
