£50k OTE, 5.5 Days per week on rota

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Automotive Sales Manager in the West Yorkshire area.

Our client is a volume main dealer where their employees are key to its success. They are looking for a General Sales manager with previous experience within a General Sales manager role to join their team.

Your job will be to:

* Drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction

* Motivate and manage the Car Sales Team

* Understand the different needs of the Retail and Fleet Sales Team and support them to achieve their objectives

* Work in an environment that demonstrates profit orientation and commercial awareness

* Manage the team in a hands-on style

* Monitor KPI's, CSI and set targets

Motor Trade experience essential.
