This a lovely double attic room, 5 minutes walk from York St John University and 10 minutes from town. There is a tv and an outside ariel in the bedroom so freeview can be watched.

The rent works out at £64 a week but is paid in lump sums to correspond with student loans. Gas, Electricity and water are all paid quarterly. TV license is £5 a week between all tenants and internet is currently £21 between two tenants.

You would be sharing with three St John Students, two in third year studying primary education and education, and one in third year studying education.

The house includes separate living room and kitchen, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, and central heating. The house is rented through Sinclair Properties.

As it is a student house, students are preferred, but we would consider non-students. The only problem with non-students is that you would not be exempt from council tax as we are.
