Room is perfect for a student looking for summer accommodation. It is located in Hickleton court in Halifax College, right next to the peace and quiet of the fields and only 5 minutes from the University main campus. The rent is £16 per day, and it includes base rent, electricity, water and internet. I will also leave some food for you. The room comes with a landline phone and has a large wardrobe, as well as storage under the bed. I can provide you with bedsheets, duvet and pillow at no extra cost, which you can keep if you want when you vacate. The kitchen is huge, and fully equipped (ie. cuttlery, pots, pans, etc) has electric hobs, oven, 2 fridges, a freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The shower and toilet are very easy to clean, and I will also provide you with some cleaning products and toilet rolls, shampoo, soap and creams (if wanted).

Off-road parking permit is also included.
