We've got a sunny double room to let to professionals or students or travelers. The house has got 3 bedrooms, is mid-terrace in a cul-de-sac. It's a 15min walk into town and 5mins to the river and rowntrees park. You'd be living with two others, both working people of the festivals and party type, so the house has a relaxed atmosphere.
