I have a room to rent in clean, tidy terraced house on Cromer Street off Burtonstone Lane. The room would suit a post grad. or older professional. The price includes bills but not the phone. The room is available initially for three months, but this may be renewed. This is a two bed house, and no pets or smokers please!

I am not a big drinker or meateater, so the house would probably appeal to a bookish/arty individual who likes films and sport.
