Hi,

I'm a friendly outgoing person looking to rent a room. I'm a Postgrad at Durham but studying in York for 6 months and need a flat as soon as possible. I.e. for Sunday!

I don't smoke, I'm tidy, and can cook some good food :-)

Ideally it would be a student flat that doesn't pay council tax, but time is short so I don't mind!
