Person with some basic catering skill required to assist owner in the preperation and production of home-cooked menu in busy pub. Hours will include weekends with the occasional split shift but these are open to negotiation. This is an ideal opportunity for a catering student to gain actual on the job experience in food prep, cooking, stock control, portion control, etc. Own transport is essential as this is not a live-in position and there is no public transport after 6pm.
