Our client is looking for a highly qualified and experienced home manager for a 16 bedded home in Ravensthorpe for adults with learning disabilities and age related conditions.
The successful Qualified Social Worker will need to have experience of managing a staff team delivering quality care and support in a CQC registered home.
Experience of working with an older client group is essential as many of our residents have medical conditions associated with old age. Experience of working with learning disabilities is desirable.
The manager of this home needs to manage the busy diary of residents appointments, staff rotas, maintenance of the building, and the health care needs of the residents while keeping a cool head and ensuring that all tasks are completed and still having time to see that each resident is receiving high quality care and support and all their individual needs are met.
In return for the challenging and demanding workload the successful Home Manager will be rewarded by working with an experienced and hard working staff team who support a fantastic group of residents with diverse needs.

The successful Qualified Social Worker will be GSCC registered, have a current CRB and 2 years post qualification experience.
