Working female required for houseshare of 4 persons in the 20-40 age group. Located near the city centre (10 min walk). On street permit parking close to the hospital and St. John University. This is a good sized terraced house in excellent order throughout (major refurb. April - new bathroom, carpets etc). We are looking for a second female for a mixed group of 2 male, 2 female. Current occupants psychologist, journalist and hotel worker. The bedroom is ground floor former reception room dimensions 15' 6'' X 10' 7''. It is equipped with single bed, wardrobe and drawers plus cabinet. Communal lounge with LCD t.v, good sized shared kitchen & utility room, groundfloor new bathroom with separate shower cubicle and bath plus additional W.C with basin upstairs. Lovely patio set and rear garden. 6 months min. let plus £320 bond. All bills (exc. phone) included in rental price. Must have been in full time employment for previous 6 months in Britain otherwise 6 months rent in advance required.
