I'm putting this ad up on behalf of our landlord. House is on Wentworth road about 10 mins walk from town and as everything you'd expect... nice size rooms, lounge, fully fitted kitchen.

Currently living with two other guys who are both leaving by the 1st of October so will be just me until some new peeps move in. Looking for easy going peeps, male or female who aren't too messy! Little about me, I'm a 23 year old male currently working at Aviva, sociable and respectful . I'll put my number below If anyone wishes to view the room and have a quick chat etc.

Landlord is extremely sound, the rent is pretty cheap for such a nice house and he also pays the council tax bill. Gas/electric we have to pay for but that's not usually so much!
