Our client is seeking a multi-AA rosetted Sous Chef to join their brigade in this renowned North Yorkshire country house.

As Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with maintaining and building upon the already acquired accolades, keeping the standard of food to an exceptional level, and taking responsibility for the day to day running and training of the kitchen brigade.

You will:

- be from a minimum of 3 AA Rosette background,
- have a minimum of 2 years experience at Sous Chef level,
- have a proven stable background in rosetted establishments.
