My client is currently inviting applications from dedicated, time served Managers to sit an interview in relation to an imminent vacancy at one of their local homes catering for individuals with varying learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. Ideally you will have several years experience of working in a similar environment but enthusiastic, passionate candidates with less experience will also be considered if you can demonstrate a genuine, heartfelt ambition to assist your service users to live more independent and fulfilling lives whilst also developing your career for all parties concerned.
