Nearly new from 2009 range, this is a great intermediate gym which has the added benefits of having compact dimensions to take up less floor space than traditional Multi Gyms. The Bench/Chest Press on this model is performed seated upright and pushing forwards. Another great feature is that there are no time consuming cable changes to swap round before starting each of the different exercises and the cleverly designed 45kg weight stack (that will provide upto 90kg of resistance for the user) will not break any floorboards so the gym can be placed in most rooms around the house, providing there is enough space .
