We are looking to recruit a Home Manager with Registered Managers Award Qualification to delivery excelent service for twelve individuals with Learning Disabilities coupled with Mental Health problems in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Responsible for being the registered Manager for the Home.
Responsible for liasing with CSCI, in addtion there must be clear understanding of CSCI requriements.
Responsible for policies and procedures being implemented and providing feedback for areas of development.
Responsible for the home operatingto the National Minimum Standards.
Accurate record keeping in accordance with all legislation.
Ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
Overall responsibility of the care and well being of residents.

Relevant qualifications must include NVQ level 4, Registered Managers Award. Minimum five years practical experience in a residential setting including two years at management level. Good working knowledge of Learning Disabilities and or Mental Health and that you live within daily travelling distance to Harrogate.
