We have two upstairs rooms available in a shared house on Burton Stone Lane with an easy walk to the City Centre and local shops - one available now and the other available from 3/11/09. The house has a nice sized lounge, kitchen, bathroom. There is also a large back garden and storage space in the shed which could be use for bicycles. We're pretty laid-back people who enjoy a fun night out, like to have a laugh, or watch a good film. We're looking for a young professional of the same.
