Nursing Home manager

My client requires an enthusiastic and experienced manager for their 50 bedded home in Scunthorpe. You must be nurse qualified, have a minimum of 2 years managerial experience, preferably within the private sector, and have a good working knowledge of CQC requirements.
You will be able to lead your team in the delivery of the very best quality of care for your service users, and be able to ensure that the delivery of this service is in line with company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for the financial performance of the home, including networking within the local area, and marketing the home to all external agencies.
You will be offered a salary commensurate with your experience, circa £30k -£35k, and will have the support of an experienced and and motivational senior management team
