A 6 month temporary/ fixed term contract job has arisen within a successful contact centre based in Clifton Moor.

The role will involve managing a team of around 8 Customer Service Advisers, conducting one to ones, daily meetings, management of performance issues, dealing with queries.





6 month FTC

The successful candidate will have strong Team Leader experience gained within a call centre environment - immediate availability is also essential
